こんにちは！


萩店の皷です！



昨日は、4月の新人研修の締めくくりとして



ルーキーメンバーとの勉強会がありました。



『伸びる新入社員とは』



というお題で



ディスカッションをしました。




真剣に先輩方の話を聞く新人の二人の姿を見て




僕も勉強させてもらいました。



勉強会のあとは



コンパを行い



交流を深めることができました。




ちなみに僕は



三次会まで参加させてもらいました。
